The Distinguished Governor of Abia State, Okezie Victor Ikpeazu PhD today moved to offer free tutorials services to the students of Biochemistry, Abia State University. This is in line with his promise during ABSU 24th convocation ceremony to create students/Governor relationship and to help improve academic activities in the University.
