How to write a Curriculum Vitae (CV)

CV is a written overview of a person's qualification and experience for a job opportunity. There are certain principles guiding this process, they are.
PRINCIPLE 1.
You need to understand what a CV is and why you write it.
Writing a CV is a process that demands foresight, knowledge, understanding. planning, time. cost, guidance /mentorship  and self drive /being responsible.
PRINCIPLE 2.
You need to define your career.  If you don't find out who you are then it doesn't make sense.  you also need discover what' your pursuit in life is
PRINCIPLE 3.
You need to understand what the employer wants. Responsibility based on SEE package that is :
S-kill
E-xperience
E-xposure
P-ackaging.


Your employer is not interested in your dependent life, but how responsible you have been, so don't come with CV showing where you went to primary school
PRINCIPLE 4.
Acquiring content and tool: Here will talk about
SKILL: You gain skill by Training,  Apprenticeship and Volunteering
EXPERIENCE : You gain that by practicing, service and  producing
EXPOSURE : This is gained by practicing Participation. Engaging and studying
And
PRINCIPLE 5.
Packaging your CV
Now do it yourself. -Assignment.
Consider your status: your skill exposure, experience and packaging.
Your plan : trainings to attend or volunteer
Engagement practice and packaging tools
Your product : Improved knowledge of what is required,  improved knowledge of why,  improved understanding  of the process,  self driven CV ie  created CV
HOW TO PACKAGE YOUR  CV
1. knowing how your employer wants it that is the template
2. Mastering your wording patter
3.The employer. Note employer differ because the CV you give to a hotel is not the same as the one you give to the bank
