A Medical doctor has taken one of the new era banks to court over a charged issuance of fake cash which was found when he endeavored to spend same cash in Germany.
In a charge sheet number I/134/2017 documented before Justice R. B, Akintola of the Oyo State High Court sitting in Ibadan, Dr Olutunde Oni asserted that he was issued fake euros at some point in 2015 at one of the branches of the bank in Ibadan when he was going to continue on the adventure.
Participated in the suit is an authority of the bank, Mr Folorunso Abisoye.
Direct for the inquirer, Mr Ade Fajemiroye, supplicated the court to hear the case in default in light of the fact that the litigants neglected to document their protection.
He likewise implored the court that the respondents had been presented with all the court forms by the court bailiff.
In any case, the petitions were denied by Justice Akintola, who recorded the case for hearing on October 10, 2017.
He stated, Let us serve them on time since you are serving outside the jurisdiction.
It was accumulated that Oni was captured in Germany after a drug store cautioned security agents when he, Oni, offered the affirmed fake euros in return for an item he acquired. He was discharged after he composed an announcement to demonstrate his honesty
